Fairchild was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the third time this season, after tallying 57 kills across two matches, including setting a new record for most kills in a three-set match. Against Duquesne, she tallied a program-record 23 kills for a three-set match.  Then at La Salle, Fairchild enjoyed a tremendous match with 34 kills and 12 digs for her ninth double-double of the season. Fairchild fell just two kills short of Val Bosticco's record set in 1990 against Fairleigh Dickinson.
