Fairchild earned her fourth Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week award, following the Rams' home matches against George Mason and George Washington. She totaled 41 kills on the weekend at a .250 hitting clip with five aces, 10 digs, and four blocks. The freshman tallied 23 kills in the five-set thriller on Friday and was instrumental in the Rams' victory on Sunday.
