Allen turned in his football cleats for a pair of running shoes this winter and was rewarded with this week's Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week award after his performance at the Valentine Invitational in Boston.  He posted an IC4A qualifying time of 22.22 seconds in his debut in the 200 meter dash.  He later ran in the 4x400 relay, helping Fordham place 21st overall in 3:20.51
