Joe Webber, former head equipment manager at the University of New Haven, begins his fifth year as Assistant Director of Athletics for Equipment Operations and Purchasing at Fordham University, where he is responsible for the equipment needs for all 22 varsity sports.

Webber joined the Fordham staff after two years at the University of New Haven. As the Equipment Manager, Webber guided the equipment room and handled all equipment-related concerns for all 16 Charger athletic teams.
Prior to New Haven, Webber spent five years at Division I football programs, including a year at Rutgers University as the Assistant Equipment Manager for the Rutgers football program. His duties included managing visiting teams, coordinating vehicles for recruiting events, hosting guest coaches, players and parents, inventory management and on-field practice duties.
From 2004 to 2008 Webber was a Student Equipment Manager at West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va. At West Virginia he helped with game day, practice and equipment room responsibilities.
Webber graduated from West Virginia University in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies degree. He minored in Sports and Exercise Psychology, Communications and Business.
