Megan Crawley continues her stay with Fordham Sports Medicine, as she serves as the athletic trainer for volleyball, cross country, track & field, and softball.
Crawley arrived at Rose Hill after spending the 2009-10 season as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Ohio University where she was in charge of the softball team as well as assisting with women's basketball. She also assisted in coverage with football, volleyball, wrestling, baseball, men's basketball and cheerleading for the Bobcats.
During the indoor months, Crawley provided athletic training services for Southeastern Ohio high school softball student-athletes at various clinics.
Crawley received a master's degree in athletic training at Ohio University last June. A 2008 graduate of the State University of New York, College at Brockport, Crawley earned a bachelor's degree with a dual concentration in CAATE certified athletic training and exercise physiology. While at Brockport, she served as a student trainer for 23 NCAA Division III programs.
From 2006-08, Crawley provided athletic training coverage for the Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged and in 2007-08 she provided training coverage at the Oklahoma Gold Wrestling Tournament held at Brockport. She has also volunteered at the Brockport Invitational outdoor track and field tournament and the USA Wrestling Northeast Regional Tournament from 2006-08.
Crawley is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA) and is a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer as well as an Ohio Licensed Athletic Trainer. She is also certified by the American Red Cross for CPR-AED for the Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
