Khadijah Wiley, former Assistant Director of Marketing at Mercer University, was named Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Operations at Fordham in September of 2018.

As part of her position, Wiley will oversee all ticket operations for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball and any athletic events as well as oversee the sales, seat allocation and accounting for the athletic ticket operation. She will also develop and implement creative plan to increase season, individual and group ticket sales and design and produce ticket brochures for ticketed events. Wiley will also assist the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Promotions with selected marketing and promotional duties and serve as the sport supervisor for the Cheerleading team.

Prior to arriving at Fordham, Wiley served as the Assistant Director of Marketing at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, since June of 2018 after serving as a Marketing Intern at the University of Notre Dame in 2017-2018. At Notre Dame Wiley was a marketing assistant for men’s soccer, softball, and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s tennis as well as swimming and diving. She managed all in game promotion and logistics and designed all print and digital advertisement for each sport. Wiley was the secondary marketing contact for 2018 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament and managed 200 members of Notre Dame Kids Club.

Before her move to South Bend, Wiley was a marketing intern at the University of Alabama in 2016-2017 where she assisted with daily activities and projects throughout the athletic year, including accommodating donors with tickets and credentials and assisting the Athletic office with communications for the Athletic Director. She also served as a Student Intern with the Marketing Office for the Crimson Tide, assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities, preparing promotional presentations, and performing market analysis and research on competition.

A 2015 graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in Sports and Leisure Management, Wiley was a four-year member of the volleyball team, serving as team captain from 2013-2015. She was named to the 2012 Southern Conference Championship team and was a 2015 All-Conference selection. She received a master’s degree in Sport Management from Alabama in 2017.
