In her first year at Fordham, Ginder helped coach the swimming & diving teams to fourth place finishes at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championship.  The Rams earned seven All-Atlantic 10 honors and set 13 school records.  In 2018, Fordham had six All-Atlantic 10 accolades, two ECAC titles, a First Team Google Could/CoSIDA Academic All-American (Nele Albers), two Academic All-Atlantic 10 picks, and 13 school records.

Following the season, Ginider was awarded the Jean Freeman Scholarship, which is given annually to six assistant coaches whose exceptional contributions have brought recognition to their college or university, and whose leadership, integrity, honesty, competitive attitude and personal graciousness epitomizes those characteristics reflected by Jean Freeman, former coach at the University of Minnesota.   The scholarship will provide each of the six selected assistant coaches with the convention fee, transportation and lodging to the annual CSCAA Convention and Clinic as well as the CSCAA Coach Academy.

Prior to Fordham, Ginder served as a graduate assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for two years with the Bryant University swimming and diving teams.

In 2015-2016, the Bryant men’s team put together one of the greatest championship performances in program history at the MAAC Championships. The Black and Gold not only posted their best finish in school history (third), but far exceeded their previous point total, tallying 511 points. In doing so, Bryant broke all but five school records and took home eleven medals over the course of the four-day event.

Academically in 2015-2016, the Bryant women’s squad was named a Scholar All-American Team by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the second-straight year while the men’s team earned the accolade for the first time. Additionally, one Bulldog male swimmer earned CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American honors.

In her first year at Bryant, Ginder helped the women finish third at the NEC Championships and the men finish sixth at the MAAC Championships. Under her tutelage, the Bulldogs earned eight All-NEC honors.

Ginder arrived at Bryant after spending two seasons as a volunteer swim coach at the University of North Texas. She helped run the distance group practices in her time at North Texas. She has also coached at several different levels, working with the Timarron Tigersharks Swim Team, at Cherry Hills Country Club and at the Southern Methodist swim camp.

A 2012 graduate of the University of Denver, Ginder was a part of the Pioneers back-to-back Sunbelt Conference titles in 2011 and 2012, captaining the team her senior year. A four-year All-American coming out of high school, Ginder won the Sunbelt Conference 500 free in 2008-09 with a conference record time that stood for three years. She also held the Denver school record in the 500 and capped her career by achieving NCAA "B" time standards in the 500 free, 400 IM and 200 fly.

Ginder, who received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Denver, is completing her Masters in Communication at Bryant.
