2014: Appeared in all 18 games for Fordham, starting 14... Tallied two goals and two assists for six points... Had the game-winning goal to go with an assist versus The Citadel (9/14)... Had an assist in the Stony Brook game (9/21)... Scored the game-winning goal in overtime versus Saint Joseph's (10/24)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2013: Played in all 17 games, starting in 14... Finished third on the team in scoring with three goals and one assist for seven points... Registered 17 shots on goal... Recorded her first two-goal game against Rhode Island (9/29)... Netted the game-winning goal versus Massachusetts (10/20)... Lona assist came against Iona (9/8).

2012: Played in all 19 games as a sophomore, starting 17 games... Totaled 18 shots... Recorded one assist on the season, which came against Manhattan (8/24)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2011: Started all 19 games as a freshman... Tied for the team lead with five assists... Added one goal for seven points on the season... Registered 16 shots... Scored her first career goal in the Rams' come-from-behind win against Cornell (9/2)... Had a pair of assists in the Rams' win over Stony Brook (9/11)... Also had one assist in games against Seton Hall (8/21), Utah Valley (9/16), and La Salle (10/28)... Named to the Preseason Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team.

Before Fordham: Varsity soccer player at St. Francis Prep... Regional ODP player and a National Pool player from 2007-10... Attended the National Team training camp in Pomona, California in 2007... Has been a part of the ENY State ODP team since 2005 and her club team, the Syosset Sting, have been State Cup Champions every year she joined the team in 2008... Played on Syosset with fellow teammate Jessica Widmann, helping the club to the finals of the 2010 US Youth Soccer U-17 National Championships... Invited to the 2009 adidas Elite Soccer Program in Pomona, California, and, in 2010, she was one of four players from New York asked to play for the Region 1 team at the US Youth Soccer ODP girls Thanksgiving Inter-regionals in Florida.
