Sarah Lang begins her first year as an assistant rowing coach at Fordham, after a successful career at Rose Hill.

A former Fordham rowing captain, Lang was a Second Team All-Atlantic 10 selection and team MVP in 2009 as a part of the Fordham varsity 8 boat. She also earned Academic All-Atlantic 10 honors in her final season, and was a multiple-time member of the Atlantic 10's Commissioner's Honor.

Lang also received national academic honors, as she was named a National Scholar-Athlete in 2009 by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA). In addition to her experience with Fordham rowing, Lang worked at the Tabor Academy Summer Program, coaching tennis and field hockey from 2004-07.

Lang graduated from Fordham in 2008 with a degree in Communications & Media Studies. She is currently pursuing her master's in Public Communications.
