2008-09: Cross Country - Named team MVP... Recorded the top 5K at Fordham, clocking in at 18:45.1 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Finished third at the Fairfield Invitational (19:05.36)... Took sixth at the Leeber Invitational (19:31.29) and ninth at the Metropolitan Championships (19:15)... Grabbed fourth at the St. John's 4K (14:26.84)... Took fourth at the ECAC Championships (18:47), while finishing the NCAA Qualifying 6K course in 23:25.6. Indoor - Brought in the best 3000m (10:20.84) and 5000m (17:35.28) at Fordham, as well as the second best mile (5:14.96)... Took third in the 300m at the Fordham Season Opener... Won the 3000m (10:32.0) at the Christmas Classic while finishing second in the event at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational... Finished second in the 5000m at the Metropolitan Championships, while running a leg in the second-place distance medley relay (10:13.16)... Took seventh in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships. Outdoor - Had the best 5000m (18:12.75) and 10,000m (37:36.50 - ECAC Qualifying time) at Fordham... Helped the 4x1500 relay (19:53.75) to a fourth-place finish at the Colonial Relays... Won both the 5000m (19:33.77) and the 10,000m (39:31.15) at the Metropolitan Championships... Member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2007-08: Cross Country: Turned in the fastest cross country time at Fordham (18:59)... Finished second at the Red Storm Invitational (14:26) and fifth at the Leeber Invitational (20:03)... Took eighth at the ECAC Championships (18:59), Fordham's top finisher... Placed 16th at the Metropolitan Championships and 23rd at the Atlantic 10 Championship (19:43)... Finished 24th in the Ram Invitational (20:13)... Indoor: Turned in the second fastest mile (5:20.26), 3000m (10:28.41) and 5000m (17:59.39) times at Fordham... 5000m times was seventh best in the Atlantic 10... Scored in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a sixth-place finish (17:59.39)... Won the 5000m at the Fordham Season Opener (18:45.2) and the mile at the Fordham Christmas Classic (5:26.7)... Placed second in her section of the 5000m at the Fordham Invitational (18:33.65)... Finished third in the 5000m at the Metropolitan Championships (18:24.00)... Took fifth in the mile at the Yale Track Classic (5:27.17)... Outdoor: Recorded the top 3000m (10:21.51), 5000m (18:06.56) and 10,000m (37:12.93) times at Fordham... 10,000m time was the sixth best in the Atlantic 10... 2006-07: Cross Country: Compete in just one meet, which came at the Stony Brook Invitational, placing 38th (21:12.66)... Indoor: Placed 13th at the Metropolitan Championship in the 3000m in 11:46.7... Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 3000m at the Coach [quote]O[quote] Invitational in a season best time of 10:57.09... Took fourth in the Metropolitan Championship in the 5000m... Posted season best times of 5:19.24 in the 1500m at Monmouth and 18:48.35 in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championship... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2005-06: Cross Country: Competed in every meet in 2005... Had the second fastest 5K (19:29) and 6K (23:33.0) times... Took third at the St. John's Fall Festival (25:01.66) and 11th at the McDonald's Classic (21:16)... Was 16th at the Ram Invitational (20:24.94) and 21st at the Stony Brook Invite (21:32.17).

Before Fordham: Was a three-year member of the track team at Burr & Burton Academy, while running two years of cross country... Served team captain for both teams the her final two seasons... Was the Division II State Cross Country Champion in 2004, and was the League Champion in 2003 & 2004... Earned All-League and All-State honors twice for cross country... Qualified for the New England Cross Country Championships in 2004... Division III State Champion in the 3000 meters in 2005... Was All-League and All-State in the 3000 and 1500 meter events, while qualifying for the New England Championships in both events in 2005... Member of the Honor Roll throughout her high school career.

Personal: Majoring in English... Has a brother and a sister.
