2010-11: Cross Country: Missed most of cross country season due to injury... Ran only the first two meets, which included a ninth-place finish at the C.W. Post Invite in 26:56.16 (9/18). Indoor: Helped the distance medley relay team place second at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational in 10:22.17 (1/7)... Placed second in the 800 meters at the Yale Invitational in 1:58.20 (1/15)... Helped the distance medley relay place third at the Metropolitan Championship in 10:23.46 (1/29)... Placed seventh in the 1,000 meters at the Armory Collegiate Challenge in 2:30.41 (2/25). Outdoor: Took third in the 3,000 meter run at the Battleground Relays in 9:12.28 (3/18).

2009-10: Outdoor: Recorded the third fastest 1500m (4:00.78) and 3000m (9:10.89) times at Fordham... Finished ninth in the 800m (1:59.25) at the Raleigh Relays... Took third in the 800m (1:59.41) at the FDU Track Classic... Placed seventh in the 1500m (4:05.89) at the Metropolitan Championships... Took tenth in the 800m (1:57.10) at the Yale Springtime Invitational.

2008-09: Cross Country: Finished 24th at the Leeber Invitational (26:52) and 34th at the Fairfield Invitational (27:19)... Was 49th overall at the Metropolitan Championship (27:50.3)... Took eighth at the St. John's Fall Festival (16:51.89). Indoor: Was second in the mile run at the Christmas Classic (4:28.0)... Was third as a part of the 4x800 relay (8:03.17) and fifth as a member of the 1600 meter sprint medley relay (3:39.05) at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational... Was fourth in his section of the mile run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational (4:26.64). Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 800 meters at the Morgan State Classic Opener (2:01.16)... Was a part of the 4x1500 relay at the Colonial Relays that took eighth (16:40.61)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2007-08: Cross Country: Placed 36th at the IC4A Championships (29:15). Indoor: Took fifth in the mile at the Fordham Christmas Classic (4:34.6). Outdoor: Won the 1500m at the St. John's Monday Night Meet #1 (4:18.88)... Took sixth in the 1500m at the Metropolitan Championships (4:13.22)... Member of the 4x400m relay team which took fourth at the SCSU Owl Track & Field Invitational (3:31.92)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of the cross country and track teams at Gonzaga High School... Team captain for cross country... Cross Country MVP in 2006... Named All-District for cross country, indoor track and outdoor track as a senior... Set school record in the 3200m relay... Member of the National Honor Society.
