2006-07: Indoor: Recorded Fordham's top time in the 400m (49.29) qualifying for the IC4A Championship... Also helped the 4x400 and distance medley relay post season best times of 3:20.11 and 10:15.45, respectively... Was third in the 400m at the Fordham Invitational... Took fourth in the 500m at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational in a season-best time of 1:05.41... Was eighth in the 500m and fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championship... Ran 48.85 at the IC4A Championship. Outdoor: Registered Fordham's best time in the 400m (49.15), taking eighth at the ASU Baldy Castillo Invitational...Placed fourth at the Southern Connecticut Relays and ninth at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 400m.... Ran a season best time of 22.63 in the 200m at the Colonial Relays.

2005-06: Indoor: Registered the team's fifth best 500m time (1:07.82)...Was a member of the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships and 17th at the IC4A Championships. Outdoor: Recorded the team's fastest 200m (22.66) and 400m (49.51) times...Member of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Metropolitan Championship...Placed fifth in the 400m at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Was fifth in the 400m at the USMMA Coach "O" Invitational and at the Metropolitan Championship.

Before Fordham: Four-year member of the varsity track team at St. Joseph's Prep... Also played two seasons on the varsity basketball team... Two-year captain of the track team... 2004 Penn Relay Champion in the 4X400 relay... Four-time team MVP... Eight-time All-Catholic selection (3 - First Team, 2 - Second Team, 3 - Honorable Mention)... Received cum laude standing on the National Latin Exam in 2001 and 2002.
