2012-13: Indoor: Was second in the 800 meter event at the Rutgers Invitational in 2:03.32 (1/5)… Member of the distance medley relay that placed second at the Metropolitan Championship in 10:19.66 (1/25)… Placed 14th overall at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 500 meter dash in 1:07.79 (2/17)… Member of the distance medley relay at the IC4A Championship that finished ninth in 9:58.56.
Outdoor: Scored at the Atlantic 10 Championship as a member of both the 4x100 (8th – 44.57) and 4x400 (6th – 3:18.80) relays (5/5)… Also placed 17th in the 400 meter dash in 50.13 seconds… Won the 4x400 relay at the Golden Ram Invite (3:25.14), while grabbing seventh in the 400 meter dash (3/23)… Took eighth in the 800 meter run (1:58.1) at the Metropolitan Championship (4/13)… Also took fifth in the 800 meter run (1:58.31) at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet (3/30).
2011-12: Indoor: Was eighth in the 500 meters at the Rutgers Invitational in 1:09.30 (1/7)... Took 16th in the 500 meter dash in 1:08.22 at the Charley Torpey Invitational (2/4)... Won the 800 meter run at the Manhattan/Southern Connecticut Tri-Meet in 1:59.0 (2/8)... Member of the distance medley relay at the Atlantic 10 Championship, which finished fourth in 10:13.61 (2/18)... Member of the 4x400 relay team at the IC4A Championship that placed 22nd overall (3/4).
Outdoor: Was third in the 400 meter dash (50.62) at the George Mason Opener, while helping the 4x400 relay take first and the 4x100 relay team finish second (3/17)... Placed ninth in the 400 meter dash (50.69) at the UVa Team Swashbuckle (3/24)... Helped the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams to event wins at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Placed fourth in the 800 meter run (2:02.91) at the Wagner Invitational (4/7)... Was fourth in the 400 meter dash (51.17) at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/29).
2010-11: Indoor: Second Team All-Atlantic 10 after finishing second in the 4x400 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 3:19.99 (2/19)... Placed eighth in the unseeded 800 meter event at the NYU Gotham Cup in 1:57.68 (1/14) ... Took ninth at the 400 meters at the Yale Invitational in 50.96 seconds (1/15)... Placed 10th in the 500 meters at the Metropolitan Championship in 1:06.25, and helped the distance medley relay place third in 10:23.46 (1/29)... Was 13th in the 500 meters at the Giegengack Invitational in 1:05.68 (2/5)... Placed eighth in the 500 meters at the Valentine[apos]s Day Classic in an IC4A qualifying time of 1:04.56, while helping the 4x400 relay team take fifth place (2/12).
Outdoor: Was 26th in the 400 meter dash at the Colonial Relays in 50.84 seconds (4/1)... Placed eighth in the 400 meter dash (52.04) at the Metropolitan Championship (4/16).
2009-10: Indoor: Placed third in the 200m (23.80) at the Fordham Season Opener... Outdoor: Recorded the fastest 100m (11.25) and fourth best 200m (22.7) times at Fordham... Member of the winning 4x100 relay (43.83) at the Rutgers Invitational... Took fifth in the 200m (23.10) at the George Mason Spring Opener... Placed second in his heat of the 200m (23.62) at the Colonial Relays.
Before Fordham: Member of the varsity track and football teams at Clarkstown High School South... Three-time All-County selection in the outdoor 4x800 relay (spring 2008), the indoor 4x800 relay (winter 2009), and the indoor 4x400 relay (winter 4x400)... Was also All-League and All-Section as a part of the 4x400 relay in 2009... Recipient of the 2009 Coach's Award for track, as well as the 2009 United States Marine Athlete of Distinction Award... Member of the National, Math, and Foreign Language Honor Societies, as well as the honor roll.
