2013-14:  Cross Country:  Competed in two meets during his season season… Best finish was at the LIU Post Invitational where he finished in 16^th place in 27:55.26 (9/14)… Placed 23^rd at the Leeber Invite in 28:47.58 (9/21)… Indoor: Was fifth in the 800 meter run in 2:03.2 at the Fordham Season Opener… Was seventh overall in the 800 meter even at the NYC Gotham Cup in 2:00.78 (1/10)… Placed 53^rd overall in the 1,000 meter run at the Valentine Invite in 2:34.39 (2/8)… Outdoor: Was ninth in the 1500m run at the Golden Ram Invite in 4:14.61 (3/22)… Placed 31^st in the 1500m run at the Fred Hardy Invite in 4:07.80 (3/28)… Finished 12^th overall in the 1,500 meter run in 1:59.29 at the Wolfie Invitational (4/19)… Took fifth in the 800m run at the Brick City Classic in 2:02.96 (4/27)… Was 17^th in the 800m run at the Atlantic 10 Championships in 1:57.57… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

2012-13: Cross Country: Competed in three meets…Finished 45^th overall at the C.W. Post Invite in 28:41.72 (9/15)… Was 36^th overall at the Leeber Invitational in 29:01 (9/22)… Took seventh at the St. John’s 5K Fall Festival in 17:45.26 (10/14). Indoor: Was fourth in the 1,000 meter run at the Fordham Season Opener in 2:40.0 (12/7)… Won the 800 meter run at the Rutgers Invitational in 2:02.97 (1/5)… Placed 15^th in the 1,000 meter run at the Charles Torpey Invitational in 2:39.54 (2/2). Outdoor: Placed ninth in the 800 meter run at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet in 2:00.01 (3/30)… Was 14^th at the Wolfie Invitational in the 1,500 meter run in 4:09.27 (4/20)… Had his best time of the season in the 800 meter run at the Lions’ Invitational in 1:59.41 (4/27)… Was third in the 1,500 meter run at the Queens College Invitational in 4:14.09 (4/5)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Three-year varsity member of the cross country and track & field teams at Red Bank Catholic... Team captain of all three teams as a senior... Competed at the 2009 & 2010 Outdoor Nationals and 2010 Indoor Nationals meet as a part of the 4x800 relay team... Helped the 4x800 relay team place sixth at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in 2010... Member of the school record indoor 4x800 and distance medley relay teams... Four-year member of the honor roll.
