2017-18: Cross Country: Did not compete… Indoor: Finished 14^th in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener (12/1) in 4:50.11… Placed 17^th in the mile at the Mike Massone Invitational (1/12) in 4:44.99… Finished seventh in the 800 meters at the Last Chance Invitational (2/23) in 2:04.70… Outdoor: Finished 10^th in the 4x400 (3:54.68) and 33^rd in the 800 meters (2:08.53) at the Rider Invitational (3/31)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2016-17: Cross Country: Finished 33^rd at the Fordham Fiasco (9/10) in 27:44.91… Placed 42^nd at the Metropolitan Championship (10/7) in 28:32.4… Finished 12^th in the 5K at the Red Storm Invitational (10/16) in 16:23.10… Indoor: Finished ninth in the mile at the Fordham Invitational (1/13) in 4:51.04… Outdoor: Did not compete… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2015-16: Cross Country: Placed sixth among DI runners at the LIU Post Invite in 28:12.4 (9/19)… Represented the Rams in the IC4A Championship Coaches’ Race with a fourth-place finish in 25:57.3 (11/21). Indoor: Placed 13th in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener in 4:44.73 (12/4). Outdoor: Finished 22nd in the 1,500 meters at the Metropolitan Championship in 4:21.66 (4/9)... Ran a season-best time of 4:11.38 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (4/16)... Placed 17th in the 1,500 meters at the Wolfie Invitational in 4:14.99 (4/23).

Before Fordham: Graduate of Rocky Point High School in Rocky Point, New York, where he was a three-year member of the varsity cross country and track teams... Served as team captain throughout the 2014-15 season... Earned MVP and All-Academic honors for all three seasons as a senior... Set the school record in the indoor mile...  Division 3 champion in the 1600m and 3200m as a senior... All-County selection for cross country (2014) and indoor track (2015)... Two-time All-League selection for outdoor track (2014-15)... Member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars... AP Scholar.
