2008-09: Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 400 meters at the Morgan State Classic Opener (54.27), while also being a part of the 4x400 relay that took fourth overall (3:28.41)... Was a part of the Rams[apos] 4x100 relay that took second at the Metropolitan Championships (43.12), where Fordham defended their outdoor title... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner[apos]s honor roll.

2007-08: Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800m at the Fordham Christmas Classic (2:07.6)... Outdoor: Member of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the Towson Invitational (3:39.51)... Also a member of the 4x100 that took fifth at the Metropolitan Championship (44.54).

Before Fordham: A graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School in Plymouth, Pennsylvania where he lettered in track, soccer, cross country and ice hockey...member of the bronze medal 4x400 relay team in 2005 and 2006 PIAA District 2 AAA championships...placed seventh in the 400m at the 2007 PIAA District 2 AAA championship...also member of the 4x400 relay that placed fourth at the 2007 district championship...served as a 2007 team captain for track...a three-time All-Star selection with the soccer squad...finished in t6e top 10 in scoring for three years...led team in assists for two seasons...helped team to the 2006 PIAA District 2 AAA gold medal and the 2005 silver medal...team was a 20-06 PIAA State Quarterfinalist...recipient of the 2007 Timothy Thomas Memorial Award and the 2006 National Student-Athlete Award...member of the National Honor Society and the 2007 Quill and Scroll National Journalism Honor Society...recipient of the 2007 U.S. Army Scholar Athlete Award and the 2007 Presidential Award.
