2008-09: Indoor: Recorded the top 200m (22.73) and 800m (1:51.82)... Also clocked in the fastest time in the 400m (49.02) 500m (1:04.24), each IC4A qualifying marks... Participated in the first-place finishing distance medley relay (10:31.56) at the Metropolitan Championships... Finished sixth in the 500m (1:05.46) at the Gotham cup, as well as running a leg in the second-place finishing distance medley relay (10:17.99)... Took tenth in the 500m (1:04.80) at the Boston Terrier... Clocked in at 1:56.91 in the 800m at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... Helped the 4x400 relay (3:20.93) to a second-place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships, as well as finishing fourth with the distance medley relay (10:11.26) and in the 500m (1:05.36)... Also finished fifth at the A10's in the 500m (1:05.05)... Ran a leg in the fifth-place finishing distance medley relay (9:54.84) at the IC4A Championships. 2007-08: Indoor: Recorded the fastest 400m time at Fordham (49.60) and the fourth fastest in the Atlantic 10... Also had Fordham's best 500m time which was third best in the conference and qualified him for the IC4A Championships (1:04.49)... Turned in the team's second fastest 800m time which was the fifth best in the Atlantic 10 (1:55.67)... Won the 800m at the Fordham Christmas Classic (1:59.6)... Finished first in his section of the 500m at the Fordham Invitational (1:05.18)... Placed second in the 800m at the NYU Gotham Cup (1:55.67)... Finished third in the 500m at the Metropolitan Championships (1:04.49)... Scored by placing eight in the 500m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (1:05.93)... Member of the third place 4x400 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships (3:20.64)... Named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week twice... Outdoor: Recorded Fordham fastest 800m (1:53.29) and third best 400m (50.25) times... 800m time was also the third best in the Atlantic 10... Took second in the 800m at the Towson Invitational (1:59.12) and third in the event at the Metropolitan Championships (1:53.79)... Before Fordham: Varsity track athlete at Kellenberg Memorial High School... Served as team captain... Two-time All-League selection (2006-07)... Named team MVP for both winter and spring track twice (2006-07)... CHSAA City Champion in the indoor 600m and the outdoor 400m... Holds the school records in the 400m, 600m, 4x800 relay, and 400 hurdles relay... Helped the 4x800 relay team set the Catholic League record (7:43)... Member of the National Honor Society and the Honor Roll... Recipient of Kellenberg's Student Athlete Award.
