Placed 25th at both the Leeber Invitational (28:31.58 - 9/25) and the C.W. Post Invitational (27:41.21 - 9/18)... Took 58th place at the Metropolitan Championship in 28:05 (10/8)... Finished 40th in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship in 28:42.4 (11/20). Indoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000 meter run at the Christmas Classic in 9:25.2 (12/10)... 2009-10: Cross Country: Recorded fastest 8K cross country time of the year (27:20) at the Leeber Invitational where he took 48th... Took 22nd in the Coaches Race at the IC4A Championship (29:13.7) and 48th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (28:04.60)... Indoor: Turned in the second fastest 5000m (16:23.56) time at Fordham... Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase (10:15.78) at the Yale Springtime Invitational... Took ninth in the 3000m steeplechase (10:29.05) at the Raleigh Relays... Was third in the 3000m steeplechase (10:24.76) at the FDU Track Classic.

2008-09: Cross Country: Finished 55th (28:29) at the Fairfield Invitational and 77th at the Leeber Invitational (28:14)... Took 20th at the St. John's 5K (17:24). Indoor: Placed 16th in the mile (4:53.5) at the Fordham Season Opener and 24th at the Christmas Classic (4:48.6). Outdoor: Had the fifth best 10,000m (35:13.26) at Fordham... Finished 16th in the 5000m (16:26.81) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of the cross country and track teams at Ward Melville High School... Earned First Team All-League honors in cross country, while also being selected to the Section IX All-Academic Team... Member of the 2008 4x800 relay league champion in indoor track...
