2009-10: Indoor: Scored at the Atlantic 10 Championship, taking seventh in the heptathlon (4,064)... Turned in the top high jump (6' 0.5"), shot put (36' 5") and heptathlon (4,169 points) and third best pole vault (11' 9.75") performances at Fordham... Recorded the fastest 55m time (7.00), third fastest 55m hurdles (9.25) and fourth best 60m hurdles (9.70) times at Fordham... Was second in the high jump (5' 8.75"), fifth in the pole vault (10' 8") and sixth in the long jump (18' 5.75") and shot put (36' 5') at the at the Fordham Season Opener... Was fourth in the pole vault (10' 0") and fifth in the long jump (18' 8") at the Fordham Christmas Classic... Placed fourth in his section of the 400m (53.35) at the NYC Gotham Cup... Placed sixth in the heptathlon (4,169) at the Metropolitan Championship... Outdoor: Recorded the top decathlon (5,775), javelin (158' 6") and shot put (36' 7") performances at Fordham as well as the second best high jump (6' 1.5") and discus (96' 9") performances... Scored at the Atlantic 10 Championships by placing fifth in the decathlon with 5,775 points... Took sixth in the long jump (18' 10.25") at the Metropolitan Championships.

2008-09: Indoor: Ranked second on the Rams in the heptathlon, as well as third in the high jump and long jump events... Placed third in the long jump at the Fordham Season Opener (19' 1 ¼")... Was 18th in the long jump at the NYU Gotham Cup (18' 5 ¼")... Finished fourth in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Championship, scoring 4,205 points... Took 13th in the long jump at the Manhattan-CCSU Tri-meet (17' 7 ¾")... Outdoor: Scored in a team-best five event at the Metropolitan Championship... Was third in the javelin throw (151' 6 ½"), fourth in the long jump (19' 4 ¾"), and fifth in the high jump (5' 10 ¾"), pole vault (10' 6 ¾") and the 110 meter hurdles (17.95).... Was fifth overall in the decathlon at the Atlantic 10 Championship with 5,488 points, where his best finish came in the javelin throw, taking second among the decathletes (158 9 ½"), and third in the high jump, clearing 6' 0"... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2007-08: Indoor: Recorded Fordham's best high jump, 12th best in the Atlantic 10, of the season (5' 10.5") as well as the top long jump (18' 7.5")... Also had the team's top pole vault performance (9' 8"), 15th best in the conference... On the track, recorded Fordham's fastest 60m high hurdles time (9.87)... Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Championships with a score of 3,946 points, the top heptathlon score at Fordham on the year... Outdoor: Turned in Fordham's top high jump (5' 6") and long jump (18' 5.75") performances and second best pole vault (9' 0.25") and decathlon score (4,621)... Clocked the top 400m hurdles time at Fordham (1:00.39), the second fastest 110m hurdles time (20.08) and the third best 100m time (12.30)... Placed eleventh in the decathlon Atlantic 10 Championships (4621 points)... Took second in the pole vault and eighth in the 400m hurdles (1:00.86) at the Metropolitan Championships (9' 0.25")... Won the 400m Hurdle at the St. John's Monday Night Meet #2 (1:00.39)... Member of the 4x400 relay that placed fifth at the Towson Invitational (3:39.51)... Also a member of the 4x100 that took fifth at the Metropolitan Championships (44.54).

Before Fordham: Graduate of Portsmouth Abbey School, where he was a part of the varsity soccer, swimming, and track & field teams... Team MVP for soccer and track & field... School record holder in the 4x400 relay , and set the SENE record in the 300 meter hurdles in 2007... Held swimming school records in the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays... First Team All-SENE soccer selection in 2006 and was named to the New England Prep All-Star team... Member of the Dean's List... AP Scholar and Scholar-Athlete Award winner.

Personal: Majoring in Biological Sciences... Has two brothers... His father, Tom, was a 1979 Fordham graduate and selected to the Fordham Hall of Fame for swimming in 2007.
