2012-13: Did not compete as a sophomore.

2011-12: Took fourth in the 50 freestyle against St. Francis (NY) (22.56) and third in the 100 freestyle (49.50)... Was 13th in the 200 freestyle (1:55.71) at the Boston College/Williams meet... Placed 35th in the 100 backstroke at the Bucknell Invitational (1:00.68).

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity swimmer at Charlotte Catholic High School in North Carolina... Two-year captain... Helped Charlotte Catholic to the 2008 State Championship and runner-up finishes from 2009-11... Member of the school record 200 freestyle relay team... Named All-State in 2011, while earning All-Region honors three times (2009-11)... Named All-Conference in each of his four years at Charlotte Catholic... Also swims club for Team Charlotte Swimming and during the summer for Olde Providence Racquet Club, where he also serves as an assistant swim coach... Member of the honor roll.
