Morgan Harkness begins her second year on the Fordham swimming coaching staff.
 
Harkness came to Rose Hill after two years as a graduate assistant coach at Notre Dame College, where she worked with both the men’s and women’s programs.

Harkness joined Notre Dame after a successful four-year career at Emmanuel College. She specialized in distance events, specifically the 1000-yard freestyle and the 1650-yard freestyle. The highlight of her career was being a part of two conference championship teams during her junior and senior seasons. 
 
She brings in a variety of experience having coached group swimmers since 2014 at Velocity Swimming in Tampa, Florida.

Harkness graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2019  from Emmanuel College in Georgia, and received her Masters of Education degree at Notre Dame in December 2021.
