Before Fordham: Transfer from Rend Lake College in Ina, Illinois... Helped the Lady Warriors to a 24-8 record in 2006-07 and the finals of the Region 24 Championship, falling to the #1 team in the country, Southeastern Illinois, by three points... Two-time Dean's List student at Rend Lake... Named the Most Improved Player twice... Shot 50% from the floor as a sophomore, averaging over six points, six rebounds, and two blocks a game. High School: Two-sport varsity athlete in basketball and track at Elkhart Central High School... Two-year basketball captain, leading Elkhart in rebounding and blocks... Received Honorable Mention All-League honors twice and All-Star status once.

Personal: Majoring in Psychology... Away from athletics, Earl has been a student teacher at Co-Op Learning, while attending Rend Lake College.
