McCrannVertical2010: Signed as a free agent after the season with the Tampa Bay Rays... Started all 54 games he appeared in... Ended his career with an incredible season, setting career-bests in most categories... Batted .355 with 44 runs scored, 13 doubles, five home runs, 34 RBI, and 16 stolen bases... Had 78 hits, which is the fourth-highest single season mark in team history... Tied for the team-lead in runs scored and stolen bases... Recorded a team-best 27 multi-hit games... Had two hits and two RBI versus NYIT (3/6)... Total six hits and three multi-hit games against Michigan (3/19-20)... Was 2-for-4 with two runs scored against Stony Brook (3/24)... Opened the Richmond series, going 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI (3/27), while finishing with a 2-for-5 day in the series finale, posting a home run, two runs scored, and three RBI (3/28)... Before Fordham: Transfer from Boston College... Played both varsity baseball and hockey at Needham High School... Selected to Bay State games Southeast Gold Medal Team in 2004... Served as team captain as a senior... Named to the Extra Innings Fall Baseball All-Star team in 2003 and 2004... Played summer ball for Roslindale Bluefish of the Boston Yawkey League... Yawkey League All-Star... Was a Bay State League All-Star for hockey... Member of the honor roll.
