2007-08: Cross Country: Placed 18th at the Red Storm Invitational (17:19) and 24th at the Leeber Invitational (29:20)... Indoor: Took fourth in the 5000m at the Fordham Season Opener (17:24.6)... Outdoor: Recorded the third best 10,000m at Fordham (35:51.05)... Took fourth in the 1500m at the St. John's Monday Night #2 (4:27.76)... Placed sixth in the 10,000m at the Metropolitan Championships (35:31.05)... Member of the first place 4x400m relay at the Towson Invitational (3:22.85)... 2006-07: Cross Country: Competed in six of nine meets... Was 13th at the St. John's Fall Festival (6K)... Placed 35th at the Stony Brook Invitational... Best time came at the Colonial Inter-Regional (28:04.4). Indoor: Took third in the 5000m at the Fordham Season Opener (17:34.6)... Outdoor: Ran 9:52.47 in the 3000m at the Coach "O" Invitational... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2005-06: Cross Country: Competed in every meet for the Rams as a freshman...Placed eighth St. John's Fall Festival (21:33.24) and 15th at the Ram Invitational (28:24.51)...Finished 21st at the McDonald's Classic (28:51) and 54th at the Stony Brook Invite (18:08.26). Indoor: Turned in the team's second fastest 5000m time (16:31.2) as well as the fourth best 3000m time (9:00.84)...Took fourth in the 5000m at the Fordham Opener. Outdoor: Recorded the school's second best 10,000m time (33:23.23) time and the third fastest 3000m (9:13.36) and 5000m (16:13.69) times...Was third in the 5000m and fifth in the 3000m at the USMMA Coach "O" Invitational...Took fourth in the 10,000m at the Metropolitan Championship.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity runner for the cross country and track teams at Manhasset High School... Served as captain of all three teams... Two-time All-County Champion in the 3200m for outdoor track... Two-time All-County pick in the indoor 3200m, and once in the 1600m... Helped the 4x800 relay team finish in the top six at the State Championships... Four-time State meet participant... Member of the Honor Roll... Listed Among the Who's Who In Sports.
