2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in three races... Highest finish came at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K run, taking 28th in 21:24.24 (10/17). Indoor: Took ninth in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener (12/3)... Helped the distance medley relay team place second at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational in 10:22.17 (1/7). Outdoor: Part of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Battleground Relays in 7:56.61 (3/18)... Placed 15th in the 1,500 meters (4:11.81) at the Rutgers Invitational (4/9).

2009-10: Cross Country: Posted fastest 8K cross country time of 28:24 at the Leeber Invitational where he placed 72nd... Took 15th at the St. John's Fall Festival. Indoor: Placed ninth in the mile (4:46.90) at the Fordham Season Opener... Finished fifth in the 1000m (2:37.3) at the Fordham Christmas Classic... Placed tenth in the 1000m (2:34.75) was a member of the 4x800 relay that placed third (8:02.14) at the NYRR Saturday Night at the Armory I... Member of the DMR that placed third (10:23.25) at the Metropolitan Championship.

2008-09: Cross Country: Competed in four meets... Best finish was 19th in the IC4A Championship Coaches' Race (27:55). Indoor: Posted Fordham's top time in the 1500 meters... Took ninth in the mile run at the Christmas Classic (4:37.0)... Was seventh in the 800 meters at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (2:00.55)... Placed ninth in the mile at the Yale Invitational (4:35.27)... Was eighth in his section of the mile run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational (4:36.27)... Was 11th in the 1000 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championship. Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800 meters at the Morgan State Classic Opener (1:59.56)... Followed with an 11th place finish in the 1500 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener (4:11.68)... Placed eighth as a member of the 4x1500 relay at the Colonial Relays (16:40.61)... Was 15th in the 1500 meters at the Metropolitan Championships (4:09.83).

Before Fordham: Ran for the varsity cross country and track teams at Chaminade High School... Was a National Champion in the 4 x mile relay... Four-time All-American in the distance medley relay, 4 x 800 relay (twice), and 4 x mile relay... Held school record in the indoor 4 x 800 relay... Named All-League in cross country and in track (1000m, 1600m, 4 x 800, 4 x 400)... Named team MVP... Member of the National Honor Society... Four-year member of the honor roll.
