2007-08: Indoor: Scored at the Atlantic 10 Championships by placing seventh in the 800m (1:57.97)... Notched the third fastest 800m run at Fordham (1:57.97) as well as the third fastest mile (4:24.51)... Placed fourth in his section in the mile at the Fordham Invitational (4:39.47)... Member of the 4x800 relay that took second at the Fordham Invitational (8:13.22)... Outdoor: Took fourth in the 1500m at the Metropolitan Championships (4:06.90)... Member of the 4x400 relay which took second at the Towson Invitational (3:31.27)... Finished fifth in the 800m at the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational (1:58.64)... Also a member of the 4x400 which took second at the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational (3:18.93)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2006-07: Cross Country: Did not compete in any of nine meets. Indoor: Finished second in the 1000m at the Fordham Season Opener... Was ninth in the 800m at the Yale Invitational... Was a part of the distance medley relay that finished sixth at the Atlantic 10 Championship (10:31.15)... Ran a personal best 2:37.10 in the 1000m at the NYU Gotham Cup... Ran a personal best 4:27.49 in the mile at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational. Outdoor: Was fourth in the mile run at the Coach "O" Invitational in a season best time of 4:23.15... Ran a personal best 4:11.60 in the 1500m at the Southern Connecticut Relays.

2005-06: Cross Country: Ran in one meet in 2005...Finished 17th at the St. John's Fall Festival (23:30.54). Indoor: Registered the school's fourth fastest 1000m (2:38.18) and fifth fastest mile (4:33.33)...Placed fifth in the mile at the Fordham Christmas Classic.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of the cross country and the indoor and outdoor track teams at Seton Hall Prep... Served as team captain for cross country and outdoor track as a senior... Earned First Team All-County and All-Conference honors for cross country... Was the NJISAA Prep Indoor State Champion in the 1600m event... Helped the 4xMile relay team set a school record at the Indoor Nationals... Was Second Team All-County in the indoor 1600... Helped the 4x1600 outdoor relay team break the oldest school record on the books as a senior... Member of the National Honor Society.
