Took 32nd at the Williams Invitational in 27:30.04 (9/24)... Was 55th overall at both the Fordham Fiasco (27:14.55 - 9/10) and the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:05.4 - 10/29). Indoor: Finished 20th overall at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 5,000 meter run in 15:58.31 (2/18). Outdoor: Took fifth in the 10,000 meter run (32:54.33) at the Metropolitan Championship (4/14)... Was 17th overall in the 10,000 meter run at the Atlantic 10 Championship in a career-best time of 32:01.01 ... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in seven events... Placed sixth at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K Run in 19:45.47 (10/17)... Was sixth at the C.W. Post Invitational in 26:48.97 (9/18)... Took ninth place at the Leeber Invitational in 27:26.42 (9/25)... Had top 50 finishes at the Fordham Fiasco (44th - 9/11), Metropolitan Championship (49th - 10/8), and the IC4A Championship (46th - 11/20). Indoor: Was 11th in the 3,000 meters at the Yale Invitational in 9:03.76 (1/15). Outdoor: Placed third in the 10K run at the Battleground Relays in 33:47.16 (3/18)... Was 14th in the 1,500 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener in 4:11.88 (3/26)... Placed fifth in the 10K run at the Metropolitan Championship in 32:23.8 (4/16). 2009-10: Cross Country: Recorded his fastest 8K cross country time of 27:13 at the Leeber Invitational where he placed 46th... Finished 14th at the St. John's Fall Festival (17:31.82) and 27th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (27:14.20)... Placed 14th in the Coaches Race at the IC4A Championship (28:31.6)... Indoor: Took third in the 3000m (9:35.5) at the Fordham Christmas Classic... Outdoor: Placed 22nd in the 5000m (16:05.46) at the Raleigh Relays.... Finished 22nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 5K run (5/8).

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of the cross country and track teams at Regina High School... Served as team captain for both squads... Two-time All-State cross country selection, having finished in the top ten at the State Championship (2007-08)... Two-time team MVP for cross country... Helped Regina to two state championships in 2006 and 2007, as well as a runner-up finish in 2005 and a third place finish in 2008... Was co-runner-up as the [quote]Best Distance Runner[quote] by the Iowa City Press Citizen in 2007... Two-time MVP for track, earning All-State honors in the 1600 and 3200 meter events in each of his final two seasons... Finished fourth in those events at the 2009 State Championship...
