2013-14:  Cross Country:  Competed in seven meets during his senior season… Began year with a 28^th place finish at the Fordham Fiasco in 27:29.16 (9/7)… Best finish cam at the Leeber Invitational where he placed ninth overall in 26:55.09 (9/21)… Took 25^th at the Metropolitan Invitational in 27:03.85 (10/11)… Placed 167^th at the Princeton Invitational in 25:52 (10/19)… Was 82^nd overall at the A-10 Championship in 25:56.6 (11/2)… Finished in 149^th at the NCAA North East Regional in 33:01.1 (11/15)… Finished the season by placing 17^th at the IC4A Championship in 26.28.3 (11/23)… Indoor: Finished fourth overall in the 3,000 meter run at the Metropolitan Championship in 8:45.05 (1/31)… Was 17^th in the 1500m run at the Brick City Classic in 4:29.81 (4/27)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

2012-13: Cross Country: Competed in six meets… Began the year taking 41^st at the Fordham Fiasco in 27:58.21 (9/8)… Finished in the top ten at the C.W. Post Invite, taking seventh in 26:55.27 (9/15)… Was 10^th overall at the Leeber Invitational in 27:16 (9/22)… Placed sixth at the St. John’s 5K Fall Festival in 17:27.75 (10/14)… Was 91^st overall at the IC4A Championship in 28:29.7 (11/17). Indoor: Placed ninth at the Rutgers Invitational in the 3,000 meter run in 9:14.42 (1/5)… Was also ninth in the 5,000 meter run at the Metropolitan Championship in 15:42.94 (1/25). Outdoor:Placed 15^th overall at the VCU Ram Invite in the 5,000 meter run in 16:15.15 (3/16)… Was sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 10:04.23 at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet (3/30)… Also was sixth in the steeplechase at the Metropolitan Championship in 10:00.10 (4/13)… Finished tenth in the steeplechase at the Lions’ Invitational in 10:16.07 (4/27)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011-12: Cross Country: Competed in five races... Highest finish came at the St. John's Fall Festival 5K run, taking 10th in 17:45.01 (10/16)... Was 47th at the C.W. Post Invitational in 29:10.53 (9/17)... Placed 44th in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship in 29.24 (11/19). Outdoor: Was fifth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:41.12) at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Placed fourth in the 5,000 meter run (16:34.31) at the Wagner Invitational (4/7).

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in four races... Highest finish came at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K run, taking 21st in 21:11.53 (10/17)... Took 26th at the C.W. Post Invitational in 27:41.67 (9/18)... Placed 29th in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship in 28:16.8 (11/20). Indoor: Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Christmas Classic in 9:21.9 (12/10).

Before Fordham: Earned varsity letters in four sports at Kellenberg Memorial, including soccer, cross country, and indoor and outdoor track... Served as team captain for the 2009-10 campaign in cross country and track... Recipient of the Most Dedicated and Coaches Cross Country Awards as a senior... Second Team All-League in cross country... First Team All-League in the 3000m steeplechase as a senior... Held school record in the 2000m steeplechase... Salutatorian at Kellenberg... Served as Vice President of his chapter of the National Honor Society... Four-year member of the honor roll... Received Certificate of Excellence in History, Religion, and Spanish.
