2011-12: Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Placed third at the Williams Invitational in 26:33.35 (9/24)... Was 17th at the IC4A Championship in 26:34 (11/19)... Took 22nd overall at the Atlantic 10 Championship in a season-best time of 25:16.4 (10/29).
Indoor: Team MVP... First Team All-Atlantic 10 performer in the 1,000 meters (2:26.29) and the 4x800 relay (7:38.31 - Atlantic 10 record) at the Atlantic 10 Championship (2/17)... Second Team All-East selection in the mile run (4:05.52) and as a member of the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Championship that placed second overall in 7:25.29 (3/4)... Selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic team... Took second in the 1,000 meters at the Rutgers Invitational in 2:27.85 (1/7)... Indoor: First Team All-Atlantic 10, after winning the 1,000 meters in 2:29.02 at the Atlantic 10 Championship, as well as being a part of the winning 4x800 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 7:40.51 (2/19)... Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team... Finished second at the IC4A Championship as a part of the 4x800 relay team that set the school record with a time of 7:26.00, the second fastest time in the nation, while also taking 13th in the 1,000 meters (3/6)... Had the Rams[apos] top time in the 1,000 meters... Placed third and qualified for the IC4A Championship in the 1,000 meters in 2:29.20 at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (1/7)... Cross Country: Recorded Fordham's fastest 8K cross country time of 25:33 at the Leeber Invitational where he placed second overall... Also took second at the St. John[apos]s Fall Festival (16:56.86)... Was eighth at the Fordham Fiasco (27:32.5) and eleventh at the NYIT Running of the Bears (26:24.20)... Placed 39th at the IC4A Championship, 65th at the NCAA Regional (33:10) and 82nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship (28:50.3)...
Indoor: Won the 1000m title at the IC4A Championships in a time of 2:27.91 to earn All-East honors... Scored at the Atlantic 10 Championship, taking fourth in the 1000m (2:27.98)... Also a member of the 4x800 relay that placed third at the Atlantic 10 Championship (7:50.72)... Turned in the fastest 1000m (2:26.67) and second fastest 800m (1:53.41) at Fordham, qualifying for the IC4A Championships in both... Was 71st overall at the Metropolitan Championship (28:28.9)... Took tenth at the St. John[apos]s Fall Festival (16:53.88)... Finished 92nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:55.7)... Also competed at the NCAA Qualifier and the IC4A Championship.
Indoor: Had the third best time for Fordham in the 800 meters... Was sixth in the 1000 meters at the Fordham Season Opener (2:42.7)... Took third in the mile run at the Christmas Classic (4:28.8)... Was third in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Metropolitan Championship (9:54.25) while also helping the 4x400 relay take second place in 3:18.83... Before Fordham: Varsity runner for the cross country and track teams at Jesuit High School... Served as captain of both teams... Earned All-State and All-Metro honors in cross country... Named MVP for track as a senior, while earning most improved honors as a junior... Ran club track for the New Orleans Metro Stars...
