2013-14:  Cross Country: Competed in two meets during his senior season… Finished in 11^th at the LIU Post Invitational in 26:56.26 (9/14)… Took 78^th place at the Princeton Invitational in 27:20 (10/19)… Indoor: Was part of the 4x800 team that took fifth at the Saturday Night Shootout in 8:09.01 (1/18)… Took 12^th in the 1000m run at the Metropolitan Championships in 2:37.29 (1/30)… Placed 48^th in the 4x400 relay in 3:30.46 at the Valentine Invitational (2/8)… Took 15^th in the 800m run at the Atlantic 10 Championships in 2:00.99 (2/23)… Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 1500m run at the Golden Ram Invite in 4:14.25 (3/22)… Was 27^th in the 3k at the Colonial Relays in 9:08.32 (4/4)

2012-13: Cross Country: Limited to four meets… Placed 28^th at the C.W. Post Invitational in 27:56.18 (9/15)… Was fifth at the St. John’s 5K Fall Festival in 17:22.49 (10/14)… Was 10^th in the IC4A coaches race in 27:54.2. Indoor: Placed eighth in the mile run at the Rutgers Invitational in 4:39.97 (1/5)… Finished 19^th overall in the 800 meter run at the Yale Invitational in 2:03.59 (1/12). Outdoor: Did not compete… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011-12: Cross Country: Competed in four events... Placed 29th at the C.W. Post Invitational in 28:22.19 (9/17)... Took 25th in the coaches' race at the IC4A Championship in 28:28 (11/19)... Was 45th at the Leeber Invitational in 29:20 (9/24). Indoor: Was 25th in the 800 meter run at the Metropolitan Championships in 2:04.94 (1/27). Outdoor: Was tenth in the 800 meter run (2:05.84) at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Placed sixth in the 1,500 meter run (4:10.17) at the Wagner Invitational (4/7)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in four races... Highest finish came at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K run, taking 24th in 21:15.25 (10/17)... Was also 24th at the C.W. Post Invitational in a time of 27:40.56 (9/18)... Finished 39th in the Fordham Fiasco in 27:50.38 (9/11)... Placed 45th at the Leeber Invitational in 29:30.58 (9/25). Indoor: Placed 15th in the 1,000 meters at the Christmas Classic in 2:40.8 (12/10).

Before Fordham: Member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams at La Salle Institute... Three-time First Team Big 10 All-Star in cross country and outdoor track... Big 10 Conference champion in the outdoor 3200m (2008), indoor 1000m (2010), indoor 1600m (2010), and indoor 4x400 relay (2010)... NYSPHSAA Section II indoor 4x800 relay champion... Part of six school record relays as well as having individual school records in the indoor 1000m and 1500m... Member of the National Honor Society... Vice President of the Student Senate.
