2009-10:
Cross country: Turned in fastest 8K cross country time of the year at the Leeber Invitational (27:12), taking 45th overall... Took 12th at the St. John's Fall Festival (17:19.80) and 46th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (28:01.30)...
Indoor: Took fourth in the mile (4:38.2) at the Fordham Christmas Classic....
Outdoor: Recorded the third fastest 3000m steeplechase (9:50.03) time at Fordham... Won the 3000m steeplechase (9:56.46) at the FDU Track Classic... Took fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (9:42.93) at the Metropolitan Championships.
2008-09:
Cross Country: Finished 60th at the Fordham Fiasco (28:59.05).
Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000m (9:24.5) at the Christmas Classic.
Outdoor: Took ninth in the 800m (2:04.23) at the Morgan State Classic... Clocked in at 4:16.54 in the 1500m at the Monmouth Season Opener... Placed 12th in the 5000m (16:22.19) at the Metropolitan Championships.
2007-08: Cross Country: Notched the fifth fastest cross country time at Fordham (27:32)... Placed 12th at the Red Storm Invitational (16:53)... Outdoor: Took seventh in the 10,000m at the Metropolitan Championships (35:54.48).
Before Fordham: Three-year varsity runner for the cross country and track teams at Scranton Prep... Two-year team captain of both teams... Two-time All-League and All-Star selection... Member of two Pennsylvania state championship teams... Member of four district championship teams.
Personal: A Business Administration major... Has two sisters and a brother... Older brother, Dan, also ran cross country and track at Fordham.
