Took third in the 5,000 meter run (15:51.17) at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Placed 45th in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship in 29:12.7 (11/20). Indoor: Was 16th in the 3,000 meter run at the Fordham Season Opener in 9:47.5 (12/3)... Placed 11th in the mile run at the Christmas Classic in 4:48.9 (12/10)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2009-10: Cross Country: Recorded fastest 8K cross country time of the year (28:12.90) at the NYIT Running of the Bears where he placed 53rd... Finished 28th in the Coaches Race at the IC4A Championship (30:07.9) and 41st in the Leeber Invitational (27:06). Indoor: Placed fifth in the mile (4:42.0) at the Fordham Christmas Classic... Placed second in his section of the mile (4:39.02) at the NYC Gotham Cup. Outdoor: Took eighth in the 5000m (16:44.51) at the Wagner Invitational.

Before Fordham: Four-year cross country and two-year track runner at Gonzaga College High School... Served as team captain for both teams... Two-time member of the WCAC champion 4x800 relay team... Recipient of the Keith Sean Lindsey Award for perseverance, dedication, and leadership in athletics and academics... Member of the National Honor Society and the honor roll.
