2006-07: Cross Country: Named to the Academic All-Conference team... Competed in eight of nine meets... Had five top 20 finishes... Was third at the St. John's Fall Festival (6K)... Was tenth at the IC4A Championships (26:16.3), helping Fordham to the team title... Took 20th in the Metropolitan Championships in a season-best time of 26:07.5... Was 27th at the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:23.65). Indoor: Won the 3000m at the Fordham Season Opener in a season best time of 9:03.1... Won the 800m at the Christmas Classic. Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 5000m at Monmouth in a personal best time of 15:22.42... Took fifth in the 3000m at the Coach "O" Invitational in a team best time of 8:51.13... Had the team best time in the 1500m, taking seventh at the Metropolitan Championship (3:58.04)... 2005-06: Indoor: Registered the team's fastest mile (4:16.41) and second fastest 1000m time (2:34.89)...A member of the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships and 17th at the IC4A Championships...Placed third in the mile at the Fordham Christmas Classic...Placed fourth in the unseeded 3000m at the NYC Gotham Cup...Was sixth in the mile at the Metropolitan Championships. Outdoor: Registered the team's top 1500m (4:00.25) and mile (4:21.52) times and fourth fastest 800m time (1:57.80)...Won the mile and was sixth in the 800m at the USMMA Coach "O" Invitational...Finished fourth in the 1500m at the Metropolitan Championship ...Placed seventh in the 1500m at the Monmouth Invitational...Took eighth in the 800m at the Southern Connecticut State Invitational. Cross Country: Competed in every meet for the Rams in 2005...Placed third at the St. John's Fall Festival (21:03.21) and 25th at the Stony Brook Invitational (17:30.99)...Was 29th at the IC4A Championships (26:45.1) and 33rd at the McDonald's Classic (30:09).

2004-05: Indoor: Turned in Fordham's second fastest mile (4:23.71) and fourth fastest 3000m (8:58.11) times...Scored in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Championships, placing eighth...Opened season by placing third in the mile at the Fordham Invitational...Took fifth in the 1000m at the Christmas Classic...Finished fifth in the 800m at the Manhattan Invitational...Was ninth the 3000m at the Lafayette-Rider Invitational...Placed 13th in the mile at the Metropolitan Championships...Was 30th in the 3000m at the NYU Invitational. Cross Country: Competed in four meets as a freshman...Top finish was an eight place showing at the Red Storm Invitational...Placed 21st at the Fordham Fiasco and 78th at the Fordham Invitational.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of the cross country and track and field teams at Midland Park High School... Served as team captain of those teams as a senior... Recipient of the outstanding senior award for cross country, winter track, and spring track... Was a First Team All-League selection... Holds the Midland Park records for indoor track in the mile, two-mile, 4X800, 4X1600, 4X400, and DMR races, while holding the outdoor track records in the 1600, 3200, 4X800, 4X1600, and DMR races...Member of the National and Spanish National Honor Societies.
