Took 30th in the coaches' race at the IC4A Championship in 28:38 (11/19)... Placed 51st overall at the Leeber Invitational in 29:51 (9/24). Indoor: Finished 25th in the 1,000 meter run at the NYU Gotham Cup in 2:36.43 (1/13)... Took 13th in the 800 meter run in 2:02.70 at the Charley Torpey Invitational (2/4). Outdoor: Was fifth in the 1,500 meter run (4:07.72) at the George Mason Opener (3/17)... Was sixth in the 1,500 meter run (4:12.88) at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Posted a season-best time of 2:02.54 in the 800 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/29)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in three races... Highest finish came at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K run, taking 19th in 21:03.95 (10/17)... Took 42nd at the C.W. Post Invitational in 28:57.68 (9/18). Indoor: Placed seventh in the mile run at the Christmas Classic in 4:39.8 (12/10)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Member of the varsity cross country and track teams at Chelmsford High School... Served as team captain for cross country... Named Scholar-Athlete twice for each season of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track... Named All-Conference in indoor track twice and outdoor track once... Recipient of the MIAA Sportsmanship Award... Helped the distance medley relay place tenth at the Nike Indoor Nationals as a junior... Member of the school record 4x800 relay team as a senior... Member of the National Honor Society, serving as president his senior year... Member of the high honor roll... Received the Academic Award for Excellence three times as well as a National Merit commendation.
