Biography

Showed flashes of what's to come as a freshman last winter... Provides the squad a scoring option off the bench...Had a solid trip to The Bahamas...Arrived at Fordham after a highly successful career at White Plains High School where he was a three-year starter...Three-time First Team All-League selection and an All-New York State pick...Played mostly point guard in high school...Gives the Rams quality depth in the backcourt.

As a Freshman (2006-07): Appeared in 18 games for the Rams as a freshman...Averaged 0.9 ppg and 0.2 rpg...Scored first collegiate basket, a three-pointer, against Tennessee (11/13/06)...Netted a season-high eight points and recorded one steal in the home win over Duquesne (2/18/07)...Scored six points in the Iona win (12/3/06)...Grabbed a pair of rebounds at St. Bonaventure (2/28/07).

Before Fordham: Averaged 12.5 ppg, 7.0 assists/game and 2.5 steals/game as a senior at White Plains High School, leading the team in assists and three-point shooting and placing second in scoring...Earned All-New York State, All-Conference, All-League and First Team All-Tri County honors as a senior in 2005-06...Named Tournament MVP of both the Harry Jefferson Classic and the Slam Dunk Challenge as well as being named game MVP at the Hardwood Classic, when he scored 20 points in a 63-44 win over Don Bosco Prep...Also named MVP of the Basketball City Shootout...A four-year varsity player and three-year starting point guard...Named First Team All-Conference and All-League as a junior and First Team All-League as a sophomore, leading the team in defensive deflections both years...As a junior in 2004-05, helped lead White Plains to a league title and the longest winning streak in New York State at 15-0...Academically, was an Honor Roll student at White Plains since his freshman year...Played for head coach Spencer Mayfield, a coach who has won two state championships and seven Section 1 titles.
