2012: Did not see action as a senior.

2011: Appeared in three games as a junior (Georgetown, Bucknell and Holy Cross)... made one tackle in the Holy Cross game.

2010: Did not see varsity action as a sophomore for the Rams... played with the Fordham junior varsity... made four tackles, three solo, against Nassau Community College... had three stops, one solo, in a 14-14 tie with the Princeton JV.

2009: Appeared in one game as a freshman (Bryant)... appeared with the junior varsity... made three tackles, including two for loss, in a junior varsity win over Wagner.

Before Fordham: A graduate of State College High School in State College, Pennsylvania, where he lettered in football for head coach Al Wolski... earned Mid-Penn All-District honors... served as a team co-captain... led the team in interceptions... Centre Daily Times player of the week... named defensive player of the game... Prudential Rock Solid Defense award for September, October and November... led team to a 12-1 record in 2008 and a final ranking of sixth in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Quad A... also played basketball at State College High School... served as a team co-captain in 2008-09... received High Honors in high school... recipient of the Matthew Weakland Courage Award... member of the Latin Club... received the Power of the Paw Award.

Personal: Born March 5, 1991... son of Mary Katherine and Craig Avedesian... has an older sister (Kristen) and an older brother (Matthew) and a twin brother (James) who is also a member of the Fordham football squad... a Business Management major.
