Past/Current Interns
Stanley Willard (Brooklyn, NY)
External Relations Coordinator
Centre College
My experiences at Fordham were wide and vast; no two days were the same. I took the lead on many initiatives, served as on-site administrator for band and cheer at the Women's Basketball A-10 Championships in Richmond, VA and volunteered at the Barclay's Center for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. My experience opened doors and equipped me with the necessary tools to progress further as an administrator in college athletics.
Anne Slattery '17 (Old Orchard, ME)
Communications Intern
NFL Players Assocation
My internship with Fordham Athletics provided me with a hands-on, in-depth experience of what it takes to run a successful marketing campaign, increase attendance, and build a social media following. I took on a variety of tasks, which allowed me to see the how my role impacted the entire University. This knowledge has led to greater responsibility at the NFLPA regarding social media, internal marketing and other communications.
