2014-15: Cross Country: Competed in two meets as a sophomore... Was 23rd overall at the LIU Post Invitational in 26:57.41 (9/13)... Placed 38th at the Fordham Fiasco in 29:19.75 (9/6). Indoor: Placed third in the 1,000 meter run at the Yale Invitational in 2:33.73 (1/10)... Finished seventh in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener in 4:27.9 (12/6)... Ran 52.41 seconds in the 400 meter dash at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16). Outdoor: Competed in three events at the Atlantic 10 Championship, placing 25th in the 1,500 meters (4:21.72), eighth in the 4x100 relay (48.03), and ninth in the 4x400 relay (3:34.16) (5/3).... Was 13th overall in the 800 meter run at the Wolfie Invitational in 1:58.92 (4/18).

2013-14:  Cross Country: Competed in four meets… Took 13^th place at the LIU Post Invite in 27:26.07 (9/14)… Placed 17^th at the Leeber Invite in 28:05.36 (9/21)… Finished 75^th at the Metropolitan Championship in 29:09.50 (10/11)… Was 53^rd at the Princeton Invitational in 26:46 (10/19)… Indoor: Was part of the distance medley relay that finished fourth at the NYC Gotham Cup in 10:31.94 (1/10)… Took eighth at the Yale Invitational with his teammates in the distance medley relay in 10:41.71 (1/11)… Outdoor: Was sixth in the 800m run at the Golden Ram Invite in 2:02.33 (3/22)… Finished seventh in the 1,500 meter run in 4:10.32 and 13^th in the 800 meter run in 1:59.67 at the Wolfie Classic (4/19)
 
Before Fordham: Varsity cross country and track athlete at Kellenberg Memorial High School... Team captain of both squads... Two-time All-League selection for cross country (2011-12), as well as team MVP in 2012... 2013 NBIN National Champion for indoor track... Two-time NBIN All-American (2012-13)... Earned All-State honors for both indoor and outdoor track...  Finished high school with four school records (indoor 4x800, indoor DMR, outdoor 4x1600, outdoor SMR) and one CHSAA record (indoor 4x800)... Member of the National Honor Society.
