2008-09: Cross Country - Clocked in at 26:04.77 at the Leeber Invitational. Indoor - Recorded the second best shot put (30' 9") at Fordham... Finished sixth in the shot put at the Fordham Season Opener (29' 9.25"). Outdoor - Had the third best javelin throw (90' 7") at Fordham... Member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2007-08: Indoor: Had the second best shot put performance at Fordham (29' 3.75")... Took third in the shot put at the Fordham Christmas Classic (29' 3.75")... Outdoor: Recorded the longest discus throw (74' 1.5") and third best javelin throw (94' 1.5") at Fordham... Placed fifth in the javelin at the SCSU Owl Track & Field Invitational (94' 1.5").

Before Fordham: Multi-sport athlete at Torrington High School... Earned varsity letters in track & field, basketball, and swimming... Also ran cross country... Served as team captain of the basketball team... Member of the National Honor Society... Received awards for academic excellence in business, as well as for being a scholar-athlete.

Personal: Majoring in Communications & Media Studies... Has one brother.
