Indoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters at the Fordham Season Opener in 9:22.9 (12/3)... Had the Rams' best time in the 1,500 meters (4:09.13).
Outdoor: Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Battleground Relays in 9:56.10 (3/18)... Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Monmouth Season Opener in 9:49.99 (3/26)... Placed fourth at the Metropolitan Championship in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 9:43.9 (4/16).
2009-10: Cross Country: Posted fastest 8K time at the Leeber Invitational (26:34) where he placed 25th...Took tenth at the St. John's Fall Festival (17:12.39) and 34th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (27:30.50)...Finished 78th at the IC4A Championship (27:36.4).
Outdoor: Placed second in the 3000m steeplechase (10:20.06) at the FDU Track Classic... Took third in the 3000m steeplechase (9:53.24) at the Yale Springtime Invitational... Was seventh in the 3000m steeplechase (9:56.31) at the Metropolitan Championships.
2008-09: Cross Country: Competed in six meets for Fordham... Was 51st in both the Fairfield Invitational (28:04) and the Leeber Invitational (27:39)... Took 89th overall at the Metropolitan Championship (29:07.4)... Was 24th at the St. John's Fall Festival (17:31.00)... Placed 33rd in the IC4A Championship Coaches Race (28:33).
Indoor: Was 13th in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener (4:51.0)... Placed 19th in the mile at the Christmas Classic (4:46.4).
Outdoor: Placed 20th in the 800 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener (2:07.96)... Won his section of the 800 meters at the St. John's Monday Meeting (2:03.19).
Before Fordham: Ran for the varsity cross country and track teams at Christian Brothers Academy... Received the Scholar-Athlete & Sportsmanship Award... Earned Magna Cum Laude honors for Latin... Member of the National Honor Society... Member of the honor roll.
