Richmond, Va. – The Fordham men's tennis team closed out its regular season with a trip south, falling to the University of Richmond, 4-2, at the Westhampton Tennis Complex.
 
The match opened with the Spiders taking the doubles point, winning both completed doubles matches.
 
Took a 2-0 lead with a win at sixth singles before Filip Horak defeated Dylan Atkinson at fourth singles, 6-4, 6-4.  Mateusz Gradzki then tied the match at two for the Rams with a 7-5, 6-3 win over Davis Wiley at first singles but the Spiders won at fifth and third singles to clinch the match.
