ATHENS, Ga. -- Wrapping up the opening tournament of the 2026 season Sunday morning, Fordham University Softball fell to Missouri State, 8-0 in five innings.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Missouri State pulled out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, and defended it from there, limiting Fordham to just two hits on the day. The Bears added two more runs in the third inning and three more in the fourth, before holding the Rams off the board after five innings to win by run-rule.
