Bronx, N.Y. – Kicking off the final month of the regular season, Fordham University women's basketball hosts Loyola Chicago Wednesday night at the Rose Hill Gymnasium.
The Rams and Ramblers will square off at 6:00 p.m. on ESPN+ with Andrew Bogusch and Andrew Posadas on the call. February also marks the start of Black History Month, with the Rams wearing special shooting shirts in celebration.
Fordham (9-13, 1-10) looks to snap a four-game losing streak, after falling at home to Rhode Island last time out, 61-47 at home. Loyola Chicago (10-11, 6-4) is riding a four-game win streak, and have won six of their last seven after starting conference play 0-3, defeating St. Bonaventure 60-52 on Saturday.
In just five all-time meetings between the two sides, Fordham holds a 3-2 lead over Loyola Chicago in the series, and boast a 3-1 record against the Ramblers since they joined the A-10 during the 2022-23 campaign. Fordham claimed the last meeting on Jan. 11, 2025, a 68-53 win in Chicago.

The Maroon and White sit 16th among all Division I teams in the nation, leading the A-10 averaging 16.0 offensive rebounds per game and are 80th nationally in overall rebounds at 39.41, third best in the conference.
The Rams are second in the league and 49th best of any team in the nation, averaging 24.3 bench points per game.
Fordham also sits 73rd in the country in steals per game at 9.9/game, the second best average in the league as well, and rank 63rd in the country in turnovers forced per game, forcing opponents into 19.41/game, leading the A-10.
Scoring in double figures in each of her first 13 games as a Ram, Alexis Black has paced the Rams offense and sits 47th in the nation in free throws made with 86 on the year, third most in the A-10 after returning to the floor last Wednesday for the first time since Jan. 3.
