Richmond, Va. – Heading back down to Virginia for a battle of the Rams, Fordham University women's basketball takes on VCU Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. on ESPN+.
Fordham (9-10, 1-8) looks to snap a three-game losing streak, after falling at George Washington, 58-47 Saturday afternoon. VCU (7-14, 3-6) fell in its last game at Davidson, 66-51 Saturday, after a narrow victory over George Washington in the game prior.
Fordham and VCU have locked horns on 14 prior occassions, with each side collecting seven wins thus far, looking to take the lead in the all-time series.

The Rams are second in the league and 49th best of any team in the nation, averaging 24.5 bench points per game.
Fordham also sits 62nd in the country in steals per game at 10.4game, the second best average in the league as well, and rank 53rd in the country in turnovers forced per game, forcing opponents into 20.00/game, leading the A-10.
The Rams sit 11th among all Division I teams in the nation, leading the A-10 averaging 16.2 offensive rebounds per game and are 77th nationally in overall rebounds at 39.8, third best in the conference.
Scoring in double figures in each of her first 13 games as a Ram, Alexis Black has paced the Rams offense and sits 45th in the nation in free throws made with 83 on the year.
Playing 16 of 29 regular season games at home this season, and 20 within the state of New York, the Maroon and White will head to Virginia on three separate road trips, playing four of their nine out of state contests in the Old Dominion State, including this week at George Washington and VCU.
