Hampton, Va. – (February 20, 2025) – Day two of the 2025 Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championship is complete at the Hampton Aquaplex in Virginia.
 
Through day two, the Fordham women are in fourth place out of 11 teams with 150 points.
 
The night of finals began with the 500 freestyle, where 
Emilie Krog was the top qualifier in the preliminaries at a season-best 4:51.31.  She then finished just off the podium in fourth place in the "A" final at 4:51.60
 
Then in the 200 individual medley, Fordham's sister duo of 
Ainhoa Martin and 
Leire Martin both made the "A" final.  Ainhoa, the defending champion in the event, took the silver medal and Second Team All-Conference honors with a time of 2:00.18.  Leire scored seventh in the race at 2:02.78.
 
The individual swims finished with the 50 freestyle, where 
Jessica Zebrowski picked up Fordham's second silver medal of the day, clocking in with a season-best time of 22.91 seconds.
 
The night of races ended with the 200 freestyle relay, where the Rams' team of Zebrowski, 
Allison Kim, 
Zoei Howard, and Mackenie Fischer scored eighth in a season-best time of 1:33.14.
 
Day three of competition starts at 10:00 AM on Friday with preliminary heats, followed by finals at about 6:00 PM.
