Fordham Game Notes
BRONX, N.Y. – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2023-2024 season, Fordham's 121st varsity season, and continue Atlantic 10 play by traveling to Amherst, Mass., to take on the University of Massachusetts Minutemen in the Mullins Center on Wednesday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m.

All proceeds are tax-deductible and go directly to the men's basketball program. There is also an option to make a one-time gift to men's basketball.
The game will be streamed on ESPN+ with Jay Burnham (PxP) and Frank Sullivan (analyst) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and the
WFUV Sports YouTube page with Miles Grossman (PxP) and Kris Pursiainen (analyst) behind the mics.
Fordham enters the game with a 12-17 overall record, 6-10 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off an 82-69 Atlantic 10 loss at Saint Joseph's on Saturday afternoon while Massachusetts enters the game with a 19-10 overall record, 10-7 in the conference, after a 69-67 A-10 win at Davidson last Saturday.
Wednesday night's contest will be the 53rd meeting between Fordham and Massachusetts on the hardwood. The Minutemen lead the all-time series, 33-19, but the Rams have won two of the past three meetings.

Kyle Rose is Fordham's all-time games played leader with 137 games played.
• Rose has appeared in 131 straight games dating back to his freshman season in 2019-2020.
• Rose leads the Rams in scoring (10.8 ppg) while senior guard
Japhet Medor is second on the team in scoring (10.3) and in assists (2.4/game).
• Over the past 16 games (all Atlantic 10 games), senior guard
Kyle Rose is averaging 14.6 ppg and 5.5 rpg, 16.8 ppg over the past eight, including a career-high 31 points at Saint Joseph's.

Antrell Charlton has 45 assists and only 19 turnovers.

• Rose has 60 steals this year (2.1/game), second in the Atlantic 10, while sophomore guard

Abdou Tsimbila has 67 blocks in 28 games (2.4/game), second in the Atlantic 10.
• Tsimbila has 161 career blocks, fifth all-time at Fordham.
• Tsimbila also leads the Rams in rebounding, averaging 6.1/game, 12th in the Atlantic 10.
• Over the past two years, the Rams are 9-8 in Atlantic 10 road games. The only school with more A-10 road wins over the past two years is VCU with 13 (Dayton also has nine conference road wins over that stretch).
• The Rams did not lose any student-athletes to the transfer portal from 2022-23.
• The Rams close out the 2024 Atlantic 10 regular season by hosting the University of Rhode Island in the historic Rose Hill Gym for Senior Day on Saturday, March 9, at 1:00 p.m.
