St. Bonaventure, N.Y. – The Fordham women's tennis team opened the weekend trip to St. Bonaventure University with a 6-1 win over the Bonnies at the SBU Tennis Center on Saturday.
Fordham opened play by winning the doubles point, taking all three doubles matches.
The Rams then wrapped up the victory by winning five of the six singles matches, three in straight sets. Xiaowei "Rose" Hu (second),
Anlin Xie (fourth), and
Julianne Nguyen (fifth) all won in straight sets while
Raffaela Alhach (first) and
Xintong Zhou (third) needed a third set.
