Box Score BRONX, N.Y. – A strong start Saturday afternoon by the visitors saw Fordham University women's basketball fall to Saint Joseph's 76-49 at the Rose Hill Gym. With the loss the Rams fall to 5-8 on the year, while the Hawks improve to 12-1.

The opening frame saw the visitors break out to a comfortable advantage, while limiting the Rams to two makes in the quarter. A quieter second period for the Hawks allowed the Rams to tally some points back midway through, but a late run by St. Joe's once again allowed them to pull away for a big lead heading into halftime.
Out of the break, Fordham would take some time to settle in, but would hold the Hawks to below 20 points in the final two quarters of the game. The final quarter would see the Rams register 23 points, outscoring St. Joe's by eight in the final frame.
