Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2021-2022 Atlantic 10 season, Fordham's 119th varsity season, by hosting the George Mason University Patriots in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Sunday, February 20, at 2:30 p.m.
The game will be the inaugural Equality and Inclusion game. The coaching staffs will be wearing all black to represent unity and
an equal sign pin to symbolize equality for the on-going fight for equality and inclusion in our community and nationwide. This inaugural nationwide campaign serves as a reminder that sports can be used as a platform to highlight important societal issues in both our communities and nationwide.
The game will be broadcast on the USA Network with Chris Lewis (PxP) and Sydney Johnson (analyst) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and
www.wfuvsports.org with Nick DeLuca (PxP) and Ryan Gregware (analyst) behind the mics.
Fordham enters the game with an 11-13 overall record, 4-8 in the Atlantic 10, after a 66-61 conference loss to VCU in the Rose Hill Gym on Tuesday night, while George Mason enters the game with a 13-11 overall record, 6-5 in the conference, after a 75-70 overtime Atlantic 10 win at Saint Joseph's on Wednesday.
Sunday afternoon's contest will be the 13th meeting between Fordham and George Mason on the hardwood. The Rams lead the all-time series, 7-5, taking the first six meetings. The Patriots have won the past three matchups, including a 77-45 win in the Eagle Bank Arena last February 10 as Jordan Miller scored 16 points and Javon Greene added 14 for the Patriots.

• After missing most of the 2020-2021 season, graduate student forward
Chuba Ohams has wasted little time displaying that he was back, recording a double-double in 14 of his 22 games, including a 14-point, 12-rebound effort vs. VCU.
•
Ohams leads the Atlantic 10 and is seventh in the NCAA in rebounding (11.3 rpg).
•
Ohams has 646 career rebounds, good for 15th on the Rams' career lists (he is 34 behind Dan O'Sullivan (1986-1990) for 14th place).
•
Ohams also has 103 career blocks, good for tenth on the school's all-time list (he is one behind Sherwin Content (1990-1994) for ninth place).
• Graduate student guard
Darius Quisenberry, who missed the Duquesne game with an injury, is third in the A-10 in scoring, averaging 17.3 ppg.
•
Quisenberry has scored in double figures in 20 of his 22 games this year.
• Over the past seven games, sophomore guard
Kyle Rose is averaging 9.9 ppg.
• It will be the second of three straight home games for the Rams.
