Register for Pregame Warmup & Game Day Experience, presented by UnitedHealthcare
Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2020-2021 Atlantic 10 season by hosting the La Salle University Explorers in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Saturday, February 6, at 12:30 p.m.
Prior to the game fans are encouraged to join the free Pregame Warmup presented by UnitedHealthcare as part of the virtual game day experience. Fans will be able to gain access to cheer, band, dance, trivia, & prizes. Register here.
The game will be broadcast live on the NBC Sports Network with Rich Lerner (play-by-play) and Ron Thompson (color) on the call, and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and wfuvsports.org with Emmanuel Berbari (play-by-play) and Andrew Posadas (color) announcing.
Fordham enters the game with a 1-9 record, 1-9 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 60-54 Atlantic 10 loss at Massachusetts on Wednesday night, while La Salle enters the game with an 8-10 overall record, 5-6 in the A-10, and is coming off an 82-75 league win over Saint Louis in Philadelphia on Wednesday night.
Saturday afternoon's contest will be the 61st meeting between Fordham and La Salle on the hardwood. The Explores lead the all-time series, which started in the 1953-54 season, 43-17. La Salle has won the past nine meetings after Fordham had won three straight. The Explorers took this year's first meeting, 89-52, on January 2, in the Rose Hill Gym as five Explorers scored in double figures, led by Sherif Kenney with 18, while
Joel Soriano paced the Rams with 16 points and 13 rebounds.

• The game was originally scheduled for March 3 but was moved to Saturday when the Fordham-Davidson game scheduled for Saturday was postponed.
• Sophomore
Chris Austin has picked up the offense over the past eight games, averaging 12.5 ppg over that stretch.
• Austin leads the team lead in scoring at 11.3 ppg.
• Sophomore forward
Joel Soriano has recorded a double-double in six of the ten games of 2020-2021, including a 12-point, 13-rebound game at UMass on Wednesday.
• Soriano now has a double-double in eleven of his last 16 games dating back to last year.
• Soriano is leading the team in rebounding (9.3 rpg), fourth best in the Atlantic 10.
• Soriano leads the A-10 in offensive rebounding (3.6/game) and ranks eighth in field goal percentage (.544).
